Both my husband and I have properties that Beebys current manage for us and we would both highly recommend them. We do not live near the properties, so we put all our trust in Beebys to not only manage the financial aspect of renting a property, but ensuring all legislation is complied with and met, keeping the property occupied with tenants, that are fully checked and referenced, as well as keeping on top of any maintenance or repairs that are needed. The level of communication is great. Lydia is very quick and efficient in not only keeping me informed, but ensuring any further action required is attended to efficiently.
