Tenancy Fees
Tenancy Amendment Fee payable in the event that you request for an amendment to be made to the tenancy

Early Termination Fee in the event that you wish to terminate the tenancy before the contractual end date

Key Fee which is chargeable if/when you lose or break a key and a replacement is required
£25.00
Late Rent Fee which is chargeable when your rent is not received on the due day and we need to chase this

All fees are inclusive of V.A.T.
Tenant Deposit
Tenants are required to pay 5 weeks rent as a deposit. The deposit will be held for the duration of the tenancy in the Deposit Protection Scheme. This is the legal requirement and conforms with what you should expect to pay.
