Management Fee
10% + VAT
Set Up Fee
£150.00 + VAT
Re-letting Fee
£180.00 (£150.00 + VAT)
Fully managed includes the following services:-
- Advertising
- Viewings
- Tenant checks
- Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
- Deposit held in Deposit Protection Scheme
- Inventory prior to handover
- Property inspections
- Arranging property maintenance (with Landlord permission)
- Final Inspection before taking back property
- Handling deposit disputes
